Eagle Shipping Japan ties up with Ocean Express Line of South Africa. Ocean Express Line (Pty) Ltd. is a South African-owned cargo consolidation company headquartered in Johannesburg. The Line offers forwarding/NVOCC service to/from South Africa to North Continent, Mauritius, Far East, including Japan for FCL, LCL and breakbulk cargoes. All aspects of cargo movement are catered for tallying, warehousing, crating, palletization, fumigation, container packing for all road, rail, air and sea transport. OEL is represented across the whole of South Africa, including all major ports and airports, and are fully licensed and accredited with South African Customs and Excise.
